Workshop

Bring the kids to MAPS for two creative summer days, where the whole family can help create fabric pictures and wall hangings in our workshop for children.

We’ll start with a shared exploration of the exhibition, taking a closer look at artworks made from surprising textiles – such as candy wrappers and “skin” from houses. Afterwards, we’ll create our own textile artworks in the workshop, which you can take home with you.

The workshop is open both days from 10 AM to 2 PM. Just drop by whenever it suits you.

The workshop is developed in collaboration with I tråd med verden (“In Thread with the World”), a social and sustainable sewing workshop that works with community-building through textile art.
